Previously consisting of three hotels; The North Star off Dublin’s Talbot Street, Kingswood in Citywest and Cork’s Ambassador, CI Studio was commissioned to bring them together under one name and visual brand identity.

After conducting a strategy workshop and brand review with key stakeholders where brand architecture was agreed, we got to the core of the offering and what made these hotels stand out. They provide the ultimate customer experience, everything you could possibly want from a stay in a hotel is catered for from the interiors to the warmth and hospitality of the staff.

Location is another key selling point with each hotel situated either very close to or right in the heart of the cities. The central concept is based around how an address is written and using each hotel’s address and postcode as the underlying template for each location's unique linear symbol.

The visual language is designed to feel modern and urban, using colours and patterns taken from the each hotels’ eclectic interiors and referencing their commitment to sourcing and displaying Irish produce and products whenever possible.

Brand language helps link The Address name to the overall proposition and keeps it at the forefront of communications.

Brand activation included design of signage for all three hotels, web design and all print and digital communications, working with photographer Katie Quinn to capture the essence of this new address in the city and bring it to life.
